  • KPSG Agents and Contact Center Design won The Indonesian Call Center Association (ICCA) Award 2008
    Friday (9/5) in Jakarta, was held an annual event The Indonesian Call Center Association (ICCA) Award 2008. This event was an appreciations for the call center world that has improved very significant and also to formed the standard appraisal for the best call center based on call center operational aspects.
    At the ICCA Award, KPSG clients has receive for various awards. For Bank Central Asia, received 7 category including The Best Operational Contact Center Indonesia 2008, Platinum Award for Best Infrastructure, Best Supervisor and Platinum Award for Best National Call Center Design Category Technology Design. BCA has been years partnership with KPSG in Multimedia Contact Center and Human Resources Services.
    Moreover, KPSG agents in Telkomsel is also awarded for Gold Award for Best Team Leader and Silver Award for Best Agent in 2008.

  • Best Call Center Agents for Celebrating 13 Years of Telkomsel
    Celebrating 13 Years serving Indonesia through various telecommunication services at May 26th 2008, Telkomsel conducting events to appreciate their agents for all their hard work. KPSG call center agents is also among many of Telkomsel call center agents all over Indonesia.
    At the event, KPSG agents in Surabaya branch has won Best Agent 2007 for Surabaya region for Halo Corporate, Halo Reguler and Simpati Zone segment.

  • Astro-The Best Team Performance for KPSG Telesales Agents
    PT Direct Vision (ASTRO) held their Kick Off Gathering with Astro at 8-9 July 2008, with a theme "Get Spirit and Success" at the Ghitari, Puncak, Bogor. This annual event with an agenda such as rewards, motivation, team building and of course gathering to all of the Astro invitees such as their employees and BOD's, Direct Sales Agency, Telesales & Call Center Company including KPSG.
    As for KPSG's Astro telesales agents receives The Best Team Performance at this event. This reward hopefully can motivate KPSG agents for other achievement in the near future.

  • Best Team Leader at The 4th National Customer Service Championship 2008
    KPSG Agent at the Bank Central Asia (BCA) just won Call Center Service Star, category 3rd Best Team Leader at The 4th National Customer Service Championship 2008. This award is crowned based on Speed and Accuracy on delivering customer service.
    The 4th National Customer Service Championship is a collaborating event between Carre-Center Customer Satisfaction & Loyalty (CCSL), Marketing Magazine and Global. At this event BCA is also awarded for National Best Call Center for HALO-BCA which is supported by KPSG's Agents.

  • KPSG Officially ISO 9001:2000 Certified
    On October 26th 2008, PT KPSG is officially certified in its Quality System by International Organization for Standardization (ISO). The preparation for this certification started last year and in September 2008 the recommendation for ISO 9001:2000 certificate was issued by ISO’s representative in Indonesia, PT. URS Services Indonesia.
    The scope of activities covered by this certificate is Integrated Outsourcing Services which covers Multimedia Contact Center Services, Direct Selling Services, Business Process Outsourcing Services and Human Resources Related Services.
    The journey does not stop here, through ISO certification, KPSG has to put dedication towards company improvement by enhancing company standards and procedures and also increasing services for its customer satisfaction.
